• Can I buy or pick-up items at your location?
    Select items are available for purchase at our will call store and will have the following badge displayed on their product page underneath the “Add to Cart” button:
    Please note:
    • This badge does not guarantee that the item is currently in stock.
    • We only accept credit/debit as a form of payment in the store.

    If an item is not carried in our store, it can be ordered for pickup by selecting the “Local Pickup” shipping option during checkout.

  • Can I return items at will call?
    Yes, please make sure you have your return authorization number attached to the product being returned.
    • We are unable to accept any returns without an authorization number.

  • Can someone other than the person listed on the order pick-up the items at will call?
    * Yes, as long as they have the order number and valid ID.

  • How do I request a return (RMA)?
    * Log in to your account using the My Account drop down menu. If you checked out as a guest you will need to create an account using the same email address or Contact Us. * In the left hand column under “My Account” select “Request refund/replacement” * Select “Refund or Replacement” (If the option is greyed you are no longer eligible for a refund or replacement based on the time frame and policy specific to that item). * You are now at the “RMA refund – STEP 1 of 3.” Follow the instructions provided throughout the RMA process. * Once you have requested your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) successfully our Returns team will contact you via email within 2 business days to tell you if your return has been approved or if more information is needed.

  • What are the hours of operation and location of the will call store?
    • Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
    • Location: 11701 6th St, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 – 6th Street between Buffalo and Rochester.


  • What is the cut-off time for will call orders?
    Our will call cut-off time is 10:00 AM PST for same day pick-up. Any orders placed after 10:00 AM PST, will be ready the following business day.

    Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST on Friday will be ready for pick-up the following Monday.
    • Please know that will call orders are not guaranteed for same day pick up.

  • When can I pick up my order?
    Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST will be ready the same business day.
    • Please wait for an email confirmation stating your order is ready for pick up.
