    You may ship to a PO Box by selecting USPS as your shipping method.

  • Can I ship to APO/FPO address?
    • We ship to APO/FPO military addresses around the world using USPS.
      • Delivery can take up to 2-6 weeks.
      • Packages will be un-trackable.

  • Can I use my UPS account?
    Yes, we have this option available for business accounts. Please contact us at sales@monoprice.com to update your UPS account to your Monoprice account.

  • Do you offer same day delivery?
    We do not offer same day delivery.

  • How do I report a shipping issue?
    Contact us if you encounter any of the following shipping issues:
     
    • Package shows delivered and you still have not received it.
    • Package was damaged in transit.
    • Package shows in transit and is past the delivery date.
    • No update on the tracking number.
    • Extra postage was due upon delivery (Picture of the packaging or receipt is needed).

  • How is the shipping cost calculated?
    For domestic shipments:
     
    Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the package and also the location of where your package is being shipped to.  You can find the shipping rates for your order by:
     
    1. Clicking on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand corner of the Monoprice webpage.
    2. A small window titled ‘My Cart’ will appear next click the ‘Checkout’ option.
    3. Once on the shopping cart page, there is a field to enter your zip code.
    4. Next enter your zip code and hit enter.
    5. Directly beneath the zip code field there will be a drop down menu that will give you your shipping options along with the shipping costs for your order.
    6. If you remove/add items to your cart the shipping rates may change.
     
    Shipping cost for CANADA ORDERS
    • The shipping cost depends on the weight of the items you are purchasing along with the postal code the order will ship to. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. Duties, taxes and/or fees will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility, Monoprice only charges the transportation fee of the package(s). You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be.

  • How is the transit time calculated?
    Transit time consists of business days, which exclude weekends and holidays.  The first day of transit will start the business day after the order is shipped.

  • How to track a package?
    You are able to track your order during its journey by logging into your account and following the next steps:
     
    Log into your account by selecting ‘My Account 
    • Click the “My Orders” tab.
    • Next, click on the blue order number for the order you would like to track.
    • Click on the box labeled “Track My Order”.  This will open a window where you can track and view updates through the carrier’s website.
    If you know the tracking number for your package, you may also enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website and track your package/view updates.

  • What countries does Monoprice currently ship to?
    Monoprice ships to the following international locations currently:
     
    • United Kingdom, Australia, Bermuda, Brazil, China, Columbia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Philippines, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Uruguay and Venezuela.
     
    • To determine the shipping cost please add the items into the shopping cart and select the "Click to Estimate" link located in the blue box on the right hand side. Select your country from the drop down menu. Enter in the shipping postal code and click on the "Get Estimate" tab to view the shipping methods available.

  • What do I need to do if my order/item(s) are missing?
    • If the order was shipped in multiple packages, please make sure all packages have been delivered.
    • Keep all original packaging.
    • Contact Us within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • What is the cut-off time for same day shipping?
    * Orders should ship the same day for most in stock items, as long as the order is placed by 2:00 PM PST. Once your order begins its journey to you, the tracking information is generated and you will be notified via email.

  • What shipping methods are available?

    • GSO offers guaranteed ground and priority overnight delivery to every address in California, and select metropolitan areas of Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.
     
    • UPS Mail Innovations works with the U.S. Postal Service by providing pick-up services, processing and interim transportation of mail with final delivery made by domestic and international postal services.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
    • UPS Freight may be required when purchasing projection screen(s) or large items due to the weight or size of the item.  These heavy or oversized items can only be delivered via UPS Ground Freight and will arrive 3-5 business days after leaving the warehouse. All other items in your shopping cart will be delivered by the shipping method you selected.

    FedEx Two Day 2 business days plus 1 day processing time (Monday-Friday).
    FedEx Standard Overnight 1 business day plus 1 day processing time. Monday-Friday Only.
    Monoprice Next Day (Monday-Saturday)* 1 business day plus 1 day processing time.*Additional premium applies to Saturday delivery. Monoprice Next Day service is only available for certain zip codes in CA, AZ, and NV. Contact support@monoprice.com for details.
    DHL Express – Canada 1-2 business days plus 1 day processing time. Additional delays may occur if holds are imposed by customs.

    Small Package delivered by USPS 3-4 business days plus 1 day processing time.
    USPS Priority 2-3 business days plus 1 day processing time.
    Small Package delivered by Canada Post 7-14 business days plus 1 day processing time. Deliveries to Canada may take longer due to holds imposed by customs.
    USPS Priority International 7-10 business days plus 1 day processing time. Additional delays may occur if holds are imposed by customs.
    FedEx Ground 3-5 business days depending on location plus 1 day processing time. For example, it takes 1-2 business days for CA and 4-5 business days for NY (Monday-Friday).
    DHL Saver 6-10 business days plus 1 day processing time. Additional delays may occur if holds are imposed by customs.
    APO/FPO 2-4 weeks plus 1 day processing time.
    Trucking/UPS Freight 3-5 business days depending on location plus 1 day processing time. For example, it takes 1-2 business days for CA and 4-5 business days for NY (Monday-Friday). Cost varies. Lift-gate service charges may apply—see Section 7(c)(ii).
