• How can I add a promo code to my order?
    To apply a promo code to your order:
    1. Please click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand corner of our Monoprice webpage.
    2. A small window titled ‘My Cart’ will appear.
    3. Select the ‘Checkout’ option.
    4. Once on the shopping cart page, there is a field under your items where you can enter and apply a promo code.

  • How can I get a promo code for my order?
    We take pride in delivering great products at even better prices here at Monoprice. Any valid promo codes, discounts, or promotions we offer will be displayed on our Monoprice website and/or sent via email when you sign up for our newsletter. Happy Savings!

  • Price Protection Policy

    Monoprice will offer Price Protection on the price of an item if the cost of an item lowers or goes on sale within 7 days from the date of purchase. The Price Protection Policy will only cover one price protection adjustment per order within the price protection period. Sale Price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of price protection request.   

    Exclusions to Price Protection Policy
    • Shipping Promotions
    • Coupon Codes will not be accepted under the Price Protection Policy
    • Prices from other websites (Amazon, eBay, etc.), Third-party sellers, and/or Competitors
    • Misprinted or inaccurately advertised pricing
    • Rain-checks for sale pricing on items which are out of stock due to sale or promotion
    • Offer sale pricing on a similar product for an out of stock/End of Life item
    • Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotional pricing and sales

  • Why is my promo code not applying?
    If you receive an error message when trying to apply a promo code to your order, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
    • The promo code has expired.
    • The promo code is invalid.
    • The item(s) in your cart do not qualify for the coupon and are part of the excluded items list.
    You can review the excluded items list on every promotion by adding the promo code to your order in the shopping cart page, next to where the coupon was entered you will see the ‘Details’ button. Click ‘Details’ and you will find more information regarding the promo code. There will be a link titled ‘Excluded Products’ where you can view the list of products not included in that promotion.
