• Are there any duties or taxes for International orders?
    Customers are solely responsible for import duties, taxes and brokerage fees ("Duties"). Duties are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs; these will be collected upon delivery from the carriers as applicable. Monoprice only charges the shipping fee for packages. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

  • Do you collect sales tax?
    We collect sales tax in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, and Washington.

  • How do I get a copy of my invoice?
    You may obtain a copy of your invoice by:
    • Logging in into your Monoprice account
    • Click the “My Orders” tab.
    • Next, click on the desired order number.
    • Go to “View Invoice” on the upper right hand corner.
    • Click on “Print this page.”

  • How do I use my Store Credit?
    • You may use your store credit during the “Payment Step” in the checkout process. If your store credit is less than the total amount, you will have the option to pay the remaining balance with your preferred payment method.
    • Store credit does not have an expiration date and may be used at any time.

  • Who/What is NoFraud? (NoFraud FAQ)
    Who is NoFraud?
    NoFraud is a fraud prevention solution that Monoprice has partnered with. They screen transactions on behalf of businesses and alert them if they find a transaction is at high risk for fraud. This protects consumers against unauthorized credit card use and protects businesses against fraud chargebacks.


    Why am I getting an email/call/text message to confirm a transaction?
    You received an alert email/call/text message because your transaction had a irregular shopping characteristics and/or elevated risk. Monoprice wants to confirm the transaction was made by the authorized cardholder.


    After I confirm the transaction, do I need to do anything else?
    After you confirm the transaction there is nothing else you need to do unless you have been asked by a fraud analyst to provide additional information.


    Will NoFraud ever ask me for my personal information?
    NoFraud will never ask you for your full credit card number, social security number or any other personal information.


    Will my order be delayed?
    As soon as your response is received, your order will be released for processing.


    I did not make the transaction and neither did anyone that has access to my credit card. What do I do now?
    After confirming that the transaction was truly unauthorized, we recommend that you contact your credit card company and inform them that your card has been compromised. Review the latest transactions on your account to ensure there is no other fraudulent activity to report. Your financial institution will likely put a hold on all future purchases from the compromised account and issue a new one for future use.

  • How can I become tax exempt?

    To become tax exempt: 

    •    Please locate and complete the proper tax exempt form according to your state.
    •    Once completed, please email the form directly to our Accounting Team at taxcert@monoprice.com.
    •    You will be notified by email once your application has been processed.  If approved, a refund will be issued for any taxes charged starting from the day the tax exempt form was submitted as well as orders placed up to 7 days prior.
     
    Due to the high volume of tax exempt inquiries, please allow up to 14 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your request to be processed.
