• Can I change my address after the order has shipped?
    Unfortunately, once the order has been finalized we are unable to make any modifications to the shipping address. Please contact our Customer Support for further options and/or assistance.

  • Can I modify or change my shipping information after the order has shipped?
    We know the importance of your order and our goal is to ship your product(s) as soon as possible. In fact, almost immediately after an order is placed it begins the fulfillment process at one of our distribution centers. Once the process has begun we cannot make any modifications or cancel an order.

  • Can I place my order over the phone?
    To protect our customer’s privacy, all orders must be placed online for your security.

  • Can I pre-order an item?
    If an item is out of stock there is no pre-order option. We recommend clicking on the "Notify Me" button on the item page to receive an email when the item is back in stock.

  • How do I place an order?
    • To place an order Click Here.
    • Select the items you would like to purchase.
      • You may input a keyword in the search bar or the product ID number.
    • Add the item(s) to the shopping cart.
    • Enter your Zip/Postal Code.
    • Select a shipping method.
    • Click on “Proceed to Checkout.”
      • If you have an account already, proceed to log in. If you do not have an account you may checkout as a Guest or create an account during the checkout process.
    • Next, will be the “Shipping Step.” Here you will add your shipping address.
      • Once the address is entered click on “Ship to this new address.”
    • Now you may select your method of payment.
    • Click “Continue.”
    • Enter your billing address.
      • Once the address is entered click on “Use this billing address.”
    • Review Order
      • Make sure to review all the information to ensure it is correct.
      • Click on “Place Order.”
      • Once the order is finalized you will receive an email confirmation.

  • I did not receive an order confirmation
    • If you do not get an order confirmation, please make sure to check your Junk/SPAM mail.
    • You may also log in to your Monoprice account to make sure the order was placed.

    Who is NoFraud?
    NoFraud is a fraud prevention solution that Monoprice has partnered with. They screen transactions on behalf of businesses and alert them if they find a transaction is at high risk for fraud. This protects consumers against unauthorized credit card use and protects businesses against fraud chargebacks.


    Why am I getting an email/call/text message to confirm a transaction?
    You received an alert email/call/text message because your transaction had a irregular shopping characteristics and/or elevated risk. Monoprice wants to confirm the transaction was made by the authorized cardholder.


    After I confirm the transaction, do I need to do anything else?
    After you confirm the transaction there is nothing else you need to do unless you have been asked by a fraud analyst to provide additional information.


    Will NoFraud ever ask me for my personal information?
    NoFraud will never ask you for your full credit card number, social security number or any other personal information.


    Will my order be delayed?
    As soon as your response is received, your order will be released for processing.


    I did not make the transaction and neither did anyone that has access to my credit card. What do I do now?
    After confirming that the transaction was truly unauthorized, we recommend that you contact your credit card company and inform them that your card has been compromised. Review the latest transactions on your account to ensure there is no other fraudulent activity to report. Your financial institution will likely put a hold on all future purchases from the compromised account and issue a new one for future use.

  • Will my order ship the same day?
    Orders should ship the same day for most in stock items, as long as the order is placed by 2:00 PM PST.  Once your order begins its journey to you, the tracking information is generated and you will be notified via email.
