• Does Monoprice offer business accounts?
    Sure do, to meet all our customers’ needs we offer personal, business, and re-seller accounts. For business/re-seller accounts please visit our website for businesses by clicking here (http://www.monoprice.com/b2b) you can also navigate to the site by scrolling to the very bottom of the Monoprice webpage and click on ‘For Business’.
    1. Please make sure you are NOT logged in to any existing accounts.
    2. At the top of our business website hover over ‘Account’ a drop down menu will appear and give you the option ‘Register for a business account’.
    3. Under ‘Create an Account’ fill out the required fields and check the box where it reads ‘I need a business account’ then click next.
    4. Please follow the appropriate steps and enter the required information to create your account.

You can also find this information by navigating to the bottom of our business webpage, under the ‘Business Customers’ column click on ‘PO Terms and Conditions’.

  • How do I create an account ?

    Personal Account
    • Click here to create an account.
    • Enter your email address and confirm it.
    • Enter your password and confirm it.
    • Click “Register.”
    • Your account should be created after you click “Register.”  To make your account more secure, please make sure to update the security questions.

    Business Account
    • Click here to create an account.
    • Enter your email address and confirm it.
    • Enter your password and confirm it.
    • Enter your phone number (optional).
    • Check the box for “I need a Business Account.”
    • Click “Next.”
    • Your account should be created after you click “Next.”  To make your account more secure, please make sure to update the security questions.

  • How do I reset my password?
    • To reset your password click here.
    • Enter your email address.
    • Last name
    • Zip Code
    • Phone number
    • Click on “Email me instructions.”
      • You will receive a temporary password to log in to your account.
    • If you are unable to reset your password using the automated feature Contact Us.

  • How do I update my email address?
    • To update your email address, log into your Monoprice Account.
    • Click on the “Account Settings” tab.
    • Next, click on the  icon under the “Email & Password” section.
    • Click on the  symbol once again under your current email address.
    • Enter your new email address and current password.
    • Click “Update”.

  • How to update my account type from Guest to Personal?
    When placing a new order you will have an option to create an account (please do not try to register as new customer). The option to “Create an account” will be at the top of the page during the last step of the checkout process.

    If you want to update the account type prior to placing the order, please contact us.

  • I need help answering my security questions
    Having trouble with security questions? We’ve all been there. No worries, you are able to update your security questions from a desktop or laptop by following the steps below.
    • To update your Security questions, log into your Monoprice Account.
    • Click on the “Security Questions” tab.
    • Select the two questions you would prefer, and fill in the answers.
    • Click “Update Questions.”
     
    The security questions are now updated and you are all set.
